General Questions

When will my order ship?

It usually takes no more than 3 business days to ship out your order.

Can I change my shipping address?

You may change your shipping address before your order ships out. Please email support@jessiejameshandbags.com with the correct address.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping. No exceptions.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please email support@jessiejameshandbags.com with a picture attached. We will offer you a refund or send a replacement bag.

Which mail carrier do you use?

For retail orders, we mainly use USPS. For wholesale orders, we mainly use FedEx.

How do you handle a missing package?

Please email support@jessiejameshandbags.com for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer a product warranty?

Yes, in the unlikely event your product has issues such as a broken zipper/hardware/stitching:

  • Full refund on products less than 6 months from purchase date.
  • 50% refund on products 6-12 months from purchase date.
  • No refund on products over 12 months from purchase date.

If your Jessie & James product was purchased from a third party retailer, please contact the retailer first for information on their warranty policy. Please contact us next if further assistance is needed.

Warranty does not extend to second hand purchases, such as eBay, Depop, etc.

Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns that have been purchased directly off our website. You may return the product within 30 days of receiving items, based on delivered date shown by the tracking number. During the holidays, we extend our return window for all purchases made in November or December until January 15th.

You can return it back with the packing slip attached in the package at your own cost and email us the tracking number in order to get a refund.

Purchases from third party retailers must return the product to the retailer.

How does the exchange process work?

While we do not offer exchanges, you may return the product back to us at your own cost and re-purchase a new item.

To return products, please mail it back within 30-days of purchase with the packing slip enclosed.

Once you have mailed your package, please send an email to support@jessiejameshandbags.com with the tracking number in order to receive your refund.

How do I get my refund?

Refunds will go back to the original payment method used in the order.

Do you offer a military/law enforcement/first responder discount?

Yes, Jessie James Handbags offers 20% off all purchases for all active duty service members, veterans, law enforcement, first responders, and firefighters.

Please go to the military discount page and follow the steps listed there.

What if I can't apply a discount code?

Please try again using another browser. If it still doesn't work, please email support@jessiejameshandbags.com and we will refund the coupon amount after the order is processed.

What if I order the wrong item or color?

We can only change the item style or color before your package is shipped out. Please email support@jessiejameshandbags.com for item changes.

I am having trouble ordering. Can I place an order another way?

Yes. Our customer service team can place an order for you and send a digital invoice.
